How to reach the success that starts from oneself
Success is built or destroyed in the everyday. It’s the little things that today you can do, or not do-that make the address of your destination. The “bad” is that the vision of success removed as a result of winning the lottery, getting the promotion or fix your life with a big bang and unique.
The wonderful thing is that this notion leads us to recognize that the potential for success in all. Because there are extraordinary things that require a superhuman effort or unusual talents, but small and simple actions today do or stop doing.
Put another way:
Your success depends a lot more of your habits of heroic deeds.
A once heard someone say that if you work on your goals for ten years, will enjoy a successful overnight.
Look at this list of possible actions:
• dedicate 10 minutes to plan your day
• Clarify your goals this week
• Maintain a productive approach in your hours of peak energy
• Say “No” to what may distract
• Sit and talk to and listen to your partner
• Drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated
• Read for 20 minutes reading nutritious for your mind and soul
• Be honest with yourself and with others
• recognize the other you were wron
• Keep a personal journal with reflections and learning
• Make a list of magical moments for you can be thankful this week
• Meditate for 10 minutes
• Eat what you know will give you energy throughout the day
All have one thing in common: they are very simple and easy to make. It is also easy not to do them. It is very easy to let you go on without answering the call that you did. Or put off the conversation with your child. Or rationalize why you do not have time to exercise.
The success-both the sublime and the most material-dependent accumulation of small actions. What’s more, keeping it is contingent on your ability to be consistent. Small actions, performed again and again, consistently. This is what gives you the power to not only lead you to achieving what you want, but also the ability to maintain it.
We do not want sporadic success. We are not seeking to win only to lose what has been achieved. What we want is a success in sustained expansion.
And there’s a clue: your habits.
When we think of habits usually comes to mind simple things like brushing our teeth. Or even those repeated actions that we know destructive like smoking. I want you to think about your habits from another dimension: the design of your success and build the life you really want to live. Design your habits today that they believe the future will enjoy tomorrow.
Because more than the extraordinary, the road to success is determined by the everyday. It just made again and again. By habits that give continuity to the actions of the small building that depends on what you want.
